Works great for the occasional baker
I bought this to use for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I am planning to make a three tiered cake. I know that there is a Cadillac cake leveler out there. However there is a price tag that comes with it. For the occasional baker like myself, it works perfectly. So far I have used it on a half sheet cake and it turns out as expected. The reason for the 4 star is that it's missing the rubber feet (luckily another reviewer pointed out it can be bought at any hardware store) and I wished there are number marking for the wire adjustment.

Love it.
For those that wish this had feet, I went to the local hardware store and for $.40 got 2 little caps and it glides right on the counter. Kinda like the small Wilton one. It make splitting the cake so much easier.
