plastic dough pans these didn't work for us because the plastic does not conduct cold temp once our dough was in the fridge it stayed warm longer than metal pans and tended to over proof - therefore we will stick w metal for this reason -

Owner New stock. Not the same as the previous ones I?ve ordered. These are lighter in weight. 7.2oz. Compared to 8.2oz. The rolled edge around the top is thinner as well. Previous were made in U.S.A. These are more expensive as well by by $2ea. Lesser quality, higher price! Not really to happy about that.
