This is the worst mold ever
Cocoa butter sticks to it like glue. Ive been working with this mold for a year trying to figure it out the problem the cocoa butter and chocolate are tempered correctly its works in every other mold I have except this one. I even took it with me to my Luis Amado class to troubleshoot and he said the same thing. After a year and a half we are breaking up I hate it with a passion and will never buy Pavoni molds again.
