TuttiFrutti molds have been designed together with Pastry World Champion Emmanuele Forcone inspiring juicy monoportions in fruit shape with an exceptional three-dimensional effect. The same molds can be decorated as a peach or cherry.
- Non-stick with slick upper for easy removal of food and little cleaning
- Pliable for pushing out pastry product or peeling sheet off frozen food product
- Suited for sweet and spicy foods
- Safe in convection ovens, static ovens and microwaves
- Resistant to cold (-40C / -40F) and heat (280C / 536F)
If the mold is dirty, rub with soft sponge and mild soap (like the liquid kind used on dishes).
To sanitize the mold, leave in oven for two minutes at 150C (302F).

Dang these are sweet
We used these for Vail Colorados Grand Tasting for our Cherry concept and wow. People loved the design and appearance. We loved the consistency easy of use durable feel and product. We have gotten some of a different shape from silkomart but tend to favor these more now.
