The two identical molds in this set are each the PL10 Linear mold, and the set comes with a polycarbonate tray.
With the Pavogel mold you can make ice cream pops on a stick.The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose section (integrated with the mold) is hinged. The two parts that connect at the hinge fit together by projections in one part and holes in the other.
The hinge makes the extraction of the ice cream or ices both clean and effortless, since you lift the ice cream straight out by the stick. That way the food and your fingers don't touch each other.
Pavogel mold procedure
- Fill the Pavogel cavities with the ice cream or ices preparation.
- Insert each wooden stick in its slot.
- Level the ice cream.
- Slide the mold with its filled cavities in a blast chiller and freeze for 90 minutes.
- Open the hinge and take out the ice cream by the stick.
Volume each cavity 0.8 oz (25ml).
