Parchment Paper Squares 12 x 12 I found it easy to order online with Kerekes. Detailed description of product offered answered any potential questions. They shipped the correct product and it shipped fast, too.

A perfect solution for brick oven pizza baking Using a small brick oven to bake pizzas, using the sprinkled corn meal to keep the crust from sticking to the stone was making a big mess in our oven. We found rolls of parchment but it is so expensive and hard to get the perfect size piece each time. It would also roll back up and tedious to get the dough rolled out. The Parchment Paper Squares 12" pack of 1000 sheets are perfect. They keep the stone clean and also allow the pizza to bake with a nice crisp crust from the stone. We also serve the pizza on the parchment. Just cut up the pizza and slide the parchment with the pizza onto a tray. Easy cleanup and fun to serve right on the parchment square. These were a great find and would recommend them if you use any parchament at all. Have used about 500 of the sheets (eat a lot of pizza) and never had one glitch.

Good as Tamale Wrappers Exactly as advertised, and arrived when expected. Would have liked a smaller size than 9x9 for hot tamales (6x6 would be ideal) but a few cuts with a pair of scissors did the trick.
