Description
The Nordicware bundt pan you're more familiar with is heavy cast aluminum with a black or gray non-stick interior. This pan is different in both material and non-stick coating. The pan is lightweight (though tough) with a thin off-white plating on the inside.
The Classic Bundt pan in a three-cup size to make a Bundt cake for fewer people. Surprise guests with several small Bundt cakes in different flavors or different icings or garnishes. The pan also makes a great jell mold. With non-stick coating, it allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. Made in the USA of strong but lightweight aluminum. 3 cup / 0.7 liter. 6-1/4 inch x 2-1/2 inch high.

Great pan
I love this size bundt cake pan. It is a quarter the size of the normal and that means one cake recipe can be made into four cakes - great for giving a small yummy cake to individuals. Yet larger than the mini size. I used it throughout the holiday season to do give away.
