Pleasantly surprised, it's perfect.
I have used my knife for Christmas dinner preparation, the paring knife is really sharp, yes I will order few more.

It really doesn't stain!
I was skeptical as to whether or not this knife really doesn't stain. I cut a lot of carrots and beets, which often bleed through. But this knife can be washed clean every time. And it stays sharp for a long time. Would recommend due to its versatility and the quality of materials used to make it.
