The fiberglass reinforced construction in this bagel board produces a high strength-to-weight ratio so the board will not bend, distort or sag. The bagel board is easily cleaned in your pan washer and will not absorb moisture or contaminants.

This bagel board fits standard 18x26 racks. The textured surfaces control corn meal and ease product removal. This bagel board is able to withstand temperatures from -60 degrees F to 250 degrees F constant temperature, and 300 degrees F plus for intermittent use.
