    • Can be “seasoned” for non stick use and prolonged life: 
    Note: Minor imperfections/irregularities are normal on manufactured metal products and (if present) will not affect the pan's performance.

    Instructions for seasoning fry pan (also on PDF):
    Before use, wash pan under hot water with mild soap, using a bristle brush to scrub all protective coating off. Proceed by thoroughly drying the pan. Then place in pan the following ingredients and sauté on medium heat while swirling around entire pan. Amount of ingredient will vary depending the size of pan i.e. medium pan use 1/3-cup oil, 2/3-cup salt, & 2 whole potato peelings. Discard after sautéing for 10 minutes, then briefly reheat frying pan with a little oil, remove from heat and wipe with paper towel. After Use: wipe with paper towel or if necessary, rinse under hot water. Do not use dish soap. Dry and re-grease lightly.

Professional level fry pan Love this frying pan. After a couple rounds of seasoning, it performs better than any teflon pan I had without harmful PFOA worries. Easy to wash and is my go to pan now!
