Quality urn and stress-free shopping experience I've been using my Magic Mill urn for about a month now and have been very pleased. I use it daily in addition to Shabbos. The stainless steel of the interior of this urn is noticeably higher in quality than that of another commonly found brand of Shabbos urn I tried before ordering this one; the prior urn developed a pool of rust at the bottom of the water reservoir after just 2 days of use. The Magic Mill hasn't rusted at all so far. My order arrived promptly within days of online purchase packaged well. I chose this online store because I liked the return policy in case things didn't turn out well and the prompt estimated delivery. Very happy with my purchase as well as with my choice of store. almost perfect We purchased many new urns and pump pots in the last year. Each one had had it's drawbacks. The Magic Mill MUR-35 is a keeper. It boils water faster, keeps it hot, does NOT smell like plastic, and the spigot remains in place and intact. Just the usual maintenance to remove the water deposits on the bottom of the pot. It would be perfect if it would just wash itself. :-)
