The 60-quart beater replaces Hobart beater 275885.
A mixer beater is suited for creams and smooth cake and cookie batters, icings, potatoes and vegetables. Can be used for general light work. Cast in solid aluminum.

Photo of Product Not Accurate
In the picture, there are four loops coming out from the base. It's the reason I bought it rather than other similar ones. When the product arrived, there were only three loops, just like all the others. It may work fine (haven't tried it yet) so I gave it two stars. However, the misrepresentation really sticks in my craw.
