Love this mold
I've used this mold TONS and the bonbons literally fall out of the mold. Its wonderful for two-tone bonbons and using partial caged techniques. Love this mold

Chocolates wont release
I've used this mold 4 times now and very disappointed that chocolates wont release. yes I'm tempering properly. I polish the mold prior to use and still they stick. A pretty shaped but too hateful to use.
