Fluted design is great for tarts! Would recommend to anyone who likes to bake.
Another good Gobel product. I really like their small fluted tartlet bowls. It's fun to make small desserts in large quantities. The steel is so shiny and beautiful. It has to be dried after it is washed because it is not stainless. But it works so well in the oven!
