Please note that this mold is tinned steel, not stainless. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MOISTURE ON IT. Towel dry at once after washing.
The smallest tart pans are 3/4 inch high. As they get bigger, the height increases up to an inch.
Tinned-steel tart pan with removable bottom. Great for tarts & quiches when product cannot be released by inverting the pan.

Nice Quality
Keep it dry and it will work for years in my experience. These are nice for smaller quiches and that is why I bought mine. No problems thus far.
