Just what I wanted
This product is anodized aluminum which is much more chemically stable than plain aluminum and definitely more abrasion resistant nonstick coated aluminum. This is exactly what I was looking for.

So far so good but
I would give these baking pans 5 stars except for the manufacturers label. They stick them on with glue dots which pull off the finish of the pan I bought 4 and the same thing happened on each There really was no reason to use the glue since each individual pan was wrapped tightly in plastic. I didn't do anything about it because they weren't expensive and I use baking mats with them anyway. But the manufacturer needs to stop using an unnecessary material that ruins the finish
