Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Bread Pan 9" x 5" x 2-1/2" - Set of 2

Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Bread Pans set the gold standard for those serious about baking. These pans are crafted from high-quality anodized aluminum, which ensures even heating for a higher rise and faster cooling compared to traditional steel pans. The seamless, straight-sided design with a rolled rim adds durability while providing a sleek, modern look suitable for any kitchen.

This set includes two pans, each measuring 9 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 2-1/2 inches deep, ideal for various baking projects from quick breads to traditional yeasted loaves. The 18-gauge anodized aluminum construction prevents hot spots and ensures no rust, peeling, chipping, or flaking, maintaining a pristine appearance over time. Additionally, these pans are temperature-rated up to 550° F (285° C) and are safe for use in pressure cookers, air fryers, and freezers, making them versatile and easy to clean—attributes that both home bakers and professional chefs will appreciate.

Excellent Bake The bread pans are exactly as pictured and described. They produce a loaf with a nice crust and an even bake. Well-greased for first time use they cleaned up easily.
