Dough Scraper
This Dexter- Russell bench scraper works better than I originally hoped. The blade is ideal for cutting and dividing firmer sourdough and cleanly cuts deeper softer doughs like ciabatta or focaccia. The wooden handle aids in controlling the tool and is comfortable after several hours of use. As a professional baker its now my go to bench scraper.
