    • Ideal for filling, pouring, garnishing or decorating
    • The De Buyer Piston Funnel is perfect for sweet or savory preparations.
    • For mousse, frothy product, thick sauces, caramel, thick jelly or fruit coulis.
    • Also great for joconde biscuit and chocolate pastry.
    • Suitable for very hot product as well
    • The deep cone enables you to push and pour naturally without pressure on the mixture. 2 large handles for effortless and easy handling.
    • Easy flow and adjustment by pressure.
    • Size of funnel: 20cm diam, 30cm long, 38cm high
    • Stand is made of Stainless Steel with 2 non-slip feet
    • Easy cleaning. Dishwasher safe.

Definitely Recommend I needed a funnel with a nozzle wide enough to use for pumping thick, hot caramel into silicone molds. This is the perfect solution! I am able to quickly and accurately fill my molds with this. I love that it has a handle on each side too so I do not get burned in the process.
