Able to pan fry, stir fry, boil, braise, and steam food, the Cleveland SEL30T1 PowerPan tilt skillet can be used in almost any high-volume application. Its 30-gallon capacity is ideal for cooking large quantities of meat and soup, while gallon and liter measurement marks in the pan ensure operators can accurately add ingredients based on recipes. The pan has a 5⁄8-inch-thick cooking surface, and with a bead-blasted finish, it is nonstick and quick to wipe down.
