Larger grains than those of sanding sugar
The bigger the grain, the greater the glitter, and the grains of these sugar crystals by CK Products are at least twice the size of the sanding-sugar grains by the same company.
Like the finer sanding sugar of CK Products, these coarser crystals (unlike those of common granulated sugar) are slow to dissolve in water but still turn sticky and cling to the cookie or cake when sprinkled on.
Certified kosher by CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council).
