"Cake Decorating with an Airbrush, Start to Finish"

This CD will teach you about the airbrush, compressor and accessories you need for airbrushing. Cake-decorating champion Jerry Manderfield demonstrates several basic airbrushing skills, including spraying dots, lines and borders, and tinting and blending colors.
Jerry shows the proper way of airbrushing with stencils, freehand lettering, and the production spraying of multiple products, as well as accenting flowers and creating a design on a full sheet cake.
Jerry Manderfield grew up in the family bakery business and began cake decorating in 1986. Jerry has successfully competed in numerous baking and cake decorating competitions. He earned the title of "2001 Grand Champion" by the Retailers Bakery Association. In addition to working full time at Manderfield Bakery, Jerry has been the President of the Wisconsin Baker's Association.
