With a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F and an impressive 46,000 BTU’s per oven capacity, this oven ensures optimal performance for all your baking needs. The standard model accepts five 18’’ X 26’’ full-size baking pans left to right, featuring independent doors and a two-speed fan with an adjustable cool down mode. Additional highlights include an interior oven light, five nickel-plated oven racks on a 13-position rack guide, and a door interlock switch that automatically turns off the fan and burner when the doors are opened. The electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot system and safety shut off, along with a 3/4’’ NPT rear gas connection and regulator, ensure safe and efficient operation.
