Help cook the middle of cakes
with these tools resembling gumpaste flower nails.
The heating cores conduct heat into batter
so cakes bake and rise evenly.

Base diameter 1-1/4 inch.
Height 2 inch.

To use:
• Grease heating cores
• Place in pan flat side down and spaced evenly
• Add batter, bake
• Remove after baking.

Use with any cake pan.

How many heating cores to use:
In 8, 9 or 10 inch round pan, use 1 heating core.
In 12 or 14 inch round pan, use 3 heating cores.
In 16 inch or larger round pan, use all 4 heating cores.
In 12 x 8 inch rectangular pan, use 2 heating cores.
In 13 x 9 inch rectangular pan, use all 4 heating cores.
