Americolor meringue powder
This is the only meringue powder that I use. I was not able to order from the americolor site because they did not have it in stock Someone told me about this site so I ordered five just so I could stock up a little bit in case of a shortage.

Excellent!

Best Meringue Powder!
This by far has been way better than Wilton's Meringue Powder. For one, Americolor is tree nut and peanut free, nor are the products made in a factory that manufactures nuts. Secondly, after making a ton of royal icing, after a few hours, the meringue doesn't separate from the water much like Wilton does. Plus, the taste is definitely more delicious!! Highly recommend!
