Thanks to its innovative Halo Heat system, the Alto-Shaam 1000-UP/P dual compartment low temperature holding/proofing cabinet keeps hot foods at safe, even temperatures while retaining as much moisture as possible! It is also great for proofing dough that needs to rise before baking. Its durable heavy-duty 20 gauge stainless steel exterior will stand up to years of heavy use! Its two door design with controls for each cabinet means you can use two different temperatures!
