2-section commercial-grade SOFT-cheese cutter with stainless frame and stainless wires.
Cubing a block of cheese takes 2 steps. First you slice through the block, then you lay those slices flat and cube them. (If you don't slice it first, you'll end up with sticks of cheese instead of mini cubes.)
Using this manual cutter, first you push the cheese through the parallel-wire section, then you push what you've sliced through the crisscrossing-wire section.
Section 1 has a single wire held at several points, to function as five wires with 3/4 inch space between each pair, but the space between the frame and each end wire is only 5/8 inch. The same construction is done for section 2, but it has a second wire perpendicular to the first wire and wound six times instead of five.
The mini cubes of cheese will be roughly 3/4 inch.
Each section 4 inch x 4-3/4 inch. Overall size of frame 9 inch x 14 inch. Height of cutter with supports is 4-1/2 inch.
Supports slide on and off. To keep them from sliding, tighten the screws with a hex key (Allen key).
